Almond Joy Overnight Oats


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • 3 tablespoons Mariani Sliced Almonds

  • Optional: extra almonds, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Divide the oats among 2 serving bowls, add toppings of choice, and serve.
