Walnut Chocolate Chip Blondies


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed

  • 3 eggs, room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup Mariani Chopped Walnuts


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9” baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
