Walnut Herb Whipped Feta

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz. feta cheese

  • 1 cup Mariani walnuts

  • ½ cup chopped herbs of choice

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Black pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast the walnuts. Bring a medium skillet to medium heat. Add the walnuts to the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes, tossing frequently. Remove from heat.

  2. Add the feta, walnuts, herbs, garlic, olive oil, and pepper to a food processor and pulse until smooth.

  3. Serve with crackers, pita bread, or your favorite vegetables.
